How Do You Advertise My Property?
I am a member of two Realtor® associations: Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors® (GSMAOR) and Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® (KAAR). This gives your property the most advertising in the area. When a potential buyer contacts a Realtor® regarding purchasing a property, the Realtor® will send them properties from the association’s listings. If a buyer’s Realtor® is only a member of GSMAOR, but your property is listed in KAAR, you have just missed an opportunity to sell your property! If you list with me, your property will be listed in both associations, which doubles your advertising!
